SaaS features
The following projects were developed for Censhare's customers using the censhare legacy system, called censhare 5.
All content available here is an on-going work under a non-disclosure agreement with censhare AG, so I would gently ask to not share the content with anyone else.
Empty values
My role
• Research - Conducted qualitative research to prove the concept.
• Design & Develop - Designed wireframes, developed hi-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Evaluate & Analyse - Conducted usability test, analysed test results and based on results I changed the concept.
Challenge
The censhare 5 system hides empty value fields, so the user cannot see all properties fields and this can be a problem to avoid error.
Objectives
• Develop a solution that enables the user control and freedom when to show empty values.
• Cover all edge cases, such as very small widget or long and big widget with a lot of properties values hidden and keeping consistency.
Solution
After some research, prototypes and testing, we decided to implement the toggle switch to show and hide the empty values, as it was the solution which performed better on our usability test.

Adding multiple assets to a translation order
My role
• Research - Conducted desk research and developed a user journey.
• Design & Develop - Designed wire-frames, developed hi-fidelity interactive prototype.
Challenge
Create translation order with different text assets, with technical limitations from back end handling files and providing instant feedback on actions.
Objectives
• Develop a concept that would cover the translation order providing feedback whenever is possible.
Solution
After some research and testing, we decided to implement the toggle switch to show and hide the empty values, as it was the solution which performed better on our usability test.
Translation order flow
My role
• Research - Desktop research.
• Design & Develop - Designed wire-frames, developed hi-fidelity interactive prototype and organised information architecture.
• Evaluate & Analyse - Conducted heuristic evaluation.
Challenge
The translation order is a very important feature but the translation is performed by Lion Bridge software and their system have some limitations to provide data feedback. But as the business model of translation order is based on charging by number of characters a good feedback is essential.
Objectives
• Develop a solution that provide a good visibility of translation order status through appropriate feedback withing reasonable time.
• Enables the user control and freedom change the translation order assets before it is sent.
Solution
After some research I develop different notifications for each possible error, worked with the information architecture to make the translation status visible and give the user control and freedom to check and update the character counter, preventing basic errors such as adding the wrong file to be translated or miscalculation of the amount of words to be translated.

Right to Left adaptation
My role
• Research - Desktop research.
• Design & Develop - Designed hi-fi interactive prototypes and organised information architecture.
• Evaluate & Analyse - Conducted usability test, analysed test results and based on results I changed the concept.
Challenge
Support Right to left orientation for arabic language assets inside the system keeping, consistency and standards.
Objectives
• Develop a solution that enables the user to read arabic from right to left.
Solution
After careful evaluation, we started to implement the right to left orientation for customers who user arabic as a primary language.
